No — you can book a test as a guest with no account. Signing in with your phone number is optional and only lets you see your bookings across devices.

Point-of-care testing means the test is run right where the patient is — at your home — on a portable analyser (SpotSense uses the ViewDx), instead of a sample being sent away to a lab. That's what makes results available in about 15 minutes.

SpotSense uses point-of-care testing (POCT) — most tests are run on the ViewDx analyser at your home during the visit, so results are ready in about 15 minutes, before your phlebotomist leaves.

Individual tests start at ₹149 (Blood Glucose) and panels range up to about ₹1,250 (Cardiac Screen). Exact pricing for every test is shown when you select it at booking — there are no hidden fees, and payment is collected at the visit.

SpotSense currently operates in Bengaluru, including Whitefield, Indiranagar, Koramangala, and surrounding areas. Enter your address at booking and we'll confirm coverage before you pay.

If you booked while signed in, your bookings appear under Track on any device once you sign in with the same phone number. Otherwise, contact support with the phone number used at booking.
